This is something I think should be a part of the monthly maintenance of the property. Although they state they have a security officer, never saw one. Like I said in my title, Love my place, but it could be better as it was once a very lovely place but beginning to show lack of care. This is a relatively quiet community that's well maintained. I have been a resident in the Northchase Village Apartments since 2017. The management is easy to work with and try their best to accommodate. I would suggest if you are looking for a new home, that you check them out. I have lived here for 3 years and have been pleased. The staff is very easy to work with and courteous even during a pandemic.
